This program is purpose-built to be as interactive as possible. A true exploration of what makes you tick and how you can get the best out of yourself in training and your events.

Duration: 1 hour every Wednesday for 6 weeks.

OUTCOMES

This webinar series has been designed so that you will take away valuable practicable skills that you can apply to your training, and on the day preparation, the event itself, and post event.

  • We think of the mind as who we are, but that is a belief in itself that is limiting in the extreme. Learn how to move past this illusion of the self.
  • Psychological resilience. Physical strength will get you to the start line, but mental strength will get you to the finish line! Learn how to flow through even the toughest of events.
  • Learn how to overcome key performance killers such as doubt and fear.
  • Build your sense of self through Sport Supports key teachings to undo old negative belief systems that unconsciously hold your performances to ransom.
  • Learn how to ground and bring yourself to presence in even the most intense situations.
  • Learn how to become the centre of your own universe, powerful, unflappable by simply showing you the truth of what you are capable of when you look inward instead of projecting outwards. All the power you need is already available to you now, you were born with it and have forgotten it. 
  • Learn how to move past the minds propensity to tag and label everything it sees as good and bad through the trap of judgement. Judgement adds weight, learn how to shed this weight.

DESCRIPTION

This live webinar program is a six week interactive exploration into the psychology of sports performance. Narrowed down into the nitty gritty of what the definition of true sports performance is based on, a human experience of it. We like to think of ourselves as machines and often when we think of sport specific mental toughness we think this is what it means. It is not, mental toughness is the ability to truly tune in not out, if we are tuning out we are copping out and divorcing ourselves from true potential. At the core of every athlete’s true potential is the main block –“The fear of winning”. That fear comes with a list of learnt responses that can be undone with a little ground work.

This program is purpose-built to be as interactive as possible. A true exploration of what makes you tick and how you can get the best out of yourself in training and your events.

Numbers are limited to keep the focus group small.
